CEH is dedicated to promoting gender equality and ensuring that marginalized groups have a voice in development processes. The Gender Equality and Social Inclusion program seeks to empower women, youth, and other marginalized populations by promoting inclusivity, advocating for their rights, and supporting their economic empowerment.
Program Goals:

  • Promote gender equality by increasing women’s participation in decision-making and leadership roles.
  • Ensure that marginalized groups, including persons with disabilities and minority communities, are included in development initiatives.
  • Support women and youth through economic empowerment programs that enhance their financial independence.

Key Activities:

Vocational Training: CEH provides skills training for women and youth, enabling them to start their own businesses or find employment.

Women’s Empowerment Programs: Establishing women’s savings and loan groups, which provide a platform for financial inclusion and entrepreneurship.

Gender Advocacy: CEH conducts awareness campaigns on gender equality and provides training on women’s rights and the prevention of gender-based violence.
